Progress Over Perfection

One of the most important leadership lessons I've learned over the years is that people don't need leaders to have all the answers. They need leaders who are willing to make decisions.
I've seen organizations spend months searching for the perfect answer.
- More meetings.
- More discussions.
- More analysis.
Meanwhile, teams are left waiting.
- Momentum slows.
- Priorities become less clear.
- People start filling in the blanks themselves.
The reality is that most organizations aren't held back by bad decisions.
They're held back by delayed decisions.
Great leaders understand that progress often comes from making the best decision with the information available, communicating it clearly, and adjusting when necessary.
Clarity creates confidence. Confidence creates momentum.
And momentum is often what separates high-performing organizations from those that struggle to move forward.
